Dreix User Agreement 🌃

Hi night lover! Welcome to Dreix, the little space we built just for everyone who is obsessed with the soft glow of street lamps, neon sign hues, and all the warm, sparkling little moments after dark. This agreement is our gentle promise to each other, to make sure we can all have the best time capturing and sharing night vibes.

✨ Access & Usage Rights

No login or account registration is required to use all core features of Dreix - you can jump straight into shooting night photos, organizing your collections with early night/late night/pre-dawn tags, browsing the Night Wall community, exploring curated night scene collections on the Browse tab, checking your shooting plan on the home page, and storing all your night memories in your personal tab completely for free, no sign up needed at all. You only need to create an optional account if you want to sync your photo collections across multiple devices.

You can freely switch between 3:4 and 4:3 aspect ratios for all your shots, adjust the dark theme display, turn on/off local shooting reminders, streak tracking and no-flash shooting prompts whenever you want, we will never force you to use any feature you don't need.

📸 Your Content, Your Full Ownership

Every night photo you take, every collection you curate, all the memories you store in Dreix fully belong to you. We will never access, use or share your private photos stored locally on your device without your explicit permission.

If you choose to share your works to the public Night Wall, you keep full ownership of your content, and you grant us the right to display your work on the community page and related recommendation collections to share your beautiful night shots with other night lovers.

👫 Community Vibes Agreement

When sharing content to the Night Wall, please only post original night scene photos you took by yourself, don't share other people's works without their permission, and don't post content that has nothing to do with night scenery, to keep our community full of beautiful night vibes for everyone.

Be nice to other creators! If you love someone's shot, feel free to leave a compliment, we are all here to share our love for city nights after all.

🔧 App Experience Promise

We will keep optimizing the 3:4 vertical card waterfall flow display to make sure every detail of your night shots pops on the sleek dark theme UI. We will also add more time filtering options, tag categories and collection sorting features in future updates to help you organize your night album easier.

We will never send you irrelevant spam notifications. All the shooting reminders and streak alerts can be turned off with one tap anytime in settings.
